How fast are credits added to my account?
Credits are delivered instantaneously. As soon as your UPI, card, or net banking payment is confirmed by Razorpay, the balance is added to your account in real time.
What is your refund policy?
Because credits are digital goods provisioned immediately, they are non-refundable once consumed. However, for duplicate transactions or uncredited debits, we process full refunds back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy.
